November is almost over, Turkey Day is approaching, and my reading plans have been, thus far, successful! I have read quite a bit over the past month, for me anyway.
I finished (reviews are linked):
- The Sweetness at the Bottom of the Pie by Alan Bradley. In one word: delightful.
- Unlocked by Karen Kingsbury. Not her greatest writing, but a good storyline.
- The Thorn by Beverly Lewis. A nice change from the ordinary Amish stories.
- Mistaken Identity by Cerak family and Van Ryn family. Striking and inspiring.
- Notes on Nursing by Florence Nightingale
- Flags of Our Fathers by James Bradley
- The Christmas Box Collection: The Christmas Box, Timepiece, and The Letter by Richard Paul Evans
Happy Thanksgiving and Happy Reading!
I've heard wonderful things about the first book here- it's on my "someday" list. :)
