What's On My Nightstand--November 23

November is almost over, Turkey Day is approaching, and my reading plans have been, thus far, successful! I have read quite a bit over the past month, for me anyway.

I finished (reviews are linked):

• The Sweetness at the Bottom of the Pie by Alan Bradley. In one word: delightful.
• Unlocked by Karen Kingsbury. Not her greatest writing, but a good storyline.
• The Thorn by Beverly Lewis. A nice change from the ordinary Amish stories.
• Mistaken Identity by Cerak family and Van Ryn family. Striking and inspiring.

This month, I hope to read (or finish reading):

• Notes on Nursing by Florence Nightingale
• Flags of Our Fathers by James Bradley
• The Christmas Box Collection: The Christmas Box, Timepiece, and The Letter by Richard Paul Evans

And I should be getting a couple of books to review for publishers, so hopefully I can fit those in and still finish these.
